Favorite preferred camera settings?

Just curious what everyone’s favorite camera trajectory settings you play with?

I like following the ball so I can see where it ended up. But, I know it's not as "real" looking necessarily because on a real golf course, I won't be able to the landing. Perhaps TXG swayed my preference

I played a few holes with every setting and I think my favorite by far now is Camera position: Chase and Tracking: Exact. You get the best of both worlds. See the tracer of your shot then towards the end it zooms in and shows the ball finishing. Defiantly my favorite.

I always follow the ball also. I wish I could have camera settings setup for different yardages.

Do you use Voice Attack by any chance?

On the range I just use start for camera position and none for tracking, to me it looks like being out on the range. I haven’t even really played on a course yet to try all the different views..
It’s a little confusing they have two sections, camera position and then tracking. Curious to see what others use too

Ya agree with start on range. When playing rounds you defiantly need something that follows. I have played a lot with camera settings and your right having the two sections is confusing and so many seem to do basically the same when mixing settings.

Voice Attack is using voice recognition to take what you say and 'run' a macro to do something. I have Voice Attack setup to change the clubs for club selection. I also use it for logging into FSX in case it's logged out. You could potentially do something similar and choose "follow ball" and have the default view be follow ball. And then if you want another view, setup another voice command to switch to a different camera. It's not automatic based on distances but may get you part of the way to where you want.
