You guys who's using the quad for simulation, do you have the essential putting analysis and how much of a difference does it make (if any) with the realism of putting in fsx2020, E6 and tgc2019? I am trying to figure out if I need to shill the extra $$
Putting with GCQUAD

You do not need it. The extra cost includes putter head data and some extra ball data which is very good and accurate. Just for sim play and recreational use you do not need and outcome of the putt will be the same with or without the putting on.

I saw Bryson using his GC Quad on the putting green the other day during a broadcast. I love the clubhead data, but don't have any intention on getting the putting module.

So, I used the trial when I bought my Quad, indoors and outside, and I have used TM with our Pro at our course. I think if you are fitting for a putter and or trying to determine some core basics of the putter and ball interaction then this kind of system is invaluable. Practical example: When putting with my "Go-To" putter the TM determined that too much back spin was being imparted on the ball at impact - and the ball, when interacting with the turf would take a minor deflection left or right as the roll corrected itself from backspin to forward roll. Turned out that the putter loft had changed. "Do you lean on your putter on the Green" I was asked? When we bent the putter back to factory spec, the ball rolled true.
But, unless this is the kind of activity you are doing, or are getting seriously into competitive golf and are going to take the Quad to the putting green for feedback, I do not think this capability adds anything to sim play. As you can tell, I am a believer (or some other word my wife uses) but I did not purchase the putting feature after the trial ended FWIW. I fully agree with the consensus here that it is not worth the amount they are asking for sim play. For a fitter, I would say it is essential.
