FSX Play won't locate the ball.

My GCQuad locks in immediately on the ball just like in 2020 but the software says "looking for ball and club." Obviously won't track the ball at all.

try connecting via USB ONLY, and disconnect EVERYTHING else, INCLUDING wifi.

Are you getting data on the GCQ screen from a shot, but the software isn't picking it up? Are you hitting righty or lefty? Make sure the GCQ is set up to the correct side in the software?

1) Ensure Wifi and bluetooth connections are not active on the GCQ
2) Ensure GCQ is listed in your devices on the PC (via USB connection)
3) Open FSXPlay
