New to posting here. FSX Pro mega update

Hi friends -

I’ve been a lurker here for a while as I built my sim since Dec 21. I generally watch these forums for software update notifications.

Well, I haven’t seen this one so just an fyi, FSX Pro has a completely revamped interface and several new features. I don’t know what version this happened on, but I just installed 2.2.0 and WOW. I was completely surprised. I don’t remember what version I had, but this is a big overhaul. (Maybe this has been posted back in January but it was new to me yesterday).

It works very similarly, but has some gui updates that bring it more in line with FSX Play than 2020. Need to explore more and there are multiple variations for exporting data that I need to review, too. I use Pro for practice, testing, and tracking way more than the FSX ranges.

Weird. Do you have the latest version? Specifically the way the ball interacts with the ground?

yes videos would be great! I have issue with v 2.3 as noted - delay from hitting the ball, jittery ball flight etc.

Here's a link to a video of me hitting 3 shots. Notice after I hit, the shot does some sort of re-centering or shows another shot for just a moment. Then there's a Skytrak like delay (it's not my graphics card), and then when the ball hits the ground it wiggles all over. You notice it more when you hit a shot with some sidespin (shots 2 & 3). I spoke with Foresight and they said this is all normal.

Is anyone else's this bad? Don't really see a point to using FSX Pro at this point.

Mine is the same. I downgraded back to 1.5.6. U would think they could just copy the ball flight graphics from FSX2020. This software could be great but it looks terrible.

Anyone having issues with club data not storing correctly in FSX Pro? Whenever I do a range session and save the data to live, it’s only showing up as one club and not all the clubs I hit during my session.

Anyone try to get the iPad version to work? Whenever I start the new version up it gets to the login screen then a message box pops up over the login screen saying "Please Wait" and it just hangs up at that point.

Disregard, I figured it out. If anyone has this issue this what I did: Connect to the wifi on the GCQuad, then start the app on the iPad. This got me to the log in screen, at this point I had to switch my wifi to my internet connection in order to log in to my account. Once I was logged in then I had to switch back to the wifi on the GCQuad in order to get the app to work.

How do you tell what version you have on fsx pro?
