Latest Update - 1.9.0.10 - Issues

Ran the update through FSX Play today. Install ran fine but ran into a couple issues,

- All favorite players disappeared. Had to re-add which was a pain
- Went to start a practice round at Paris and FSX Play crashed. The error message box popped up quickly and disappeared but the title was FSX Unity, not sure what the rest said. FSX Play launched fine after
- Started a round with two players at Pitch and Putt par three course. No on screen ball assist was displayed, first player hit fine, second player was unable to hit, no ball detected within FSX Play, GC3 registered the shot fine. Restart didn’t help. Will try again tomorrow
- Played 9 holes at Ballyowen, St Andrews Old Course, and Marco Simone. On screen ball assist showed but the GC3 unit image was completely pink. Not that I’ve payed attention previously but I’m fairly certain it was an image of an actual GC3 unit on screen before.

Thanks ENadeau, that makes sense about the distance indicator. If you haven’t already, please send that information to Foresight. My favorite list still doesn’t alphabetize. I deleted the list and tried again. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I type the players name in, press enter than add to favorites. That name then appears at the bottom of the list. I tried to drag it to the right order but it isn’t letting me do that. As far as the flickering/shuttering goes, it’s not happening on all of the courses and only if I set it on high graphics. Medium setting is fine. However, I was planning on running 4K in the future so I purchased a 4070ti video card but that didn’t make any difference. What’s interesting a tech person at Foresight did duplicate the flicking/shuttering at their end and passed it on the the programming people. That made me feel like they cared.

Definitely odd about your favorites list. I took a peak this morning and follow the same process as you, with the exception that I select a handicap after entering their name and hitting "Enter". Once I add them to Favorites and sets them in alphabetical order by first name.

Interesting about the 4070ti not keeping up. I'm only running 1080p with a 3080, graphics on high and the only time I ever see any lag is occasionally once the round is first launched, and the first hole flyby is occurring. It may lag slightly while what I assume is the course loading but by the time the flyby gets to the green, it's back to normal. That's great that Foresight was able to replicate and will definitely help the dev team if they pass that along. Are you running into any airflow or overheating issues?

I reinstalled the update and that didn't help. I get frustrated when I am having problems with FSXPlay that other people don't seem to have. I'm also running 1080p and still get the flickering on some courses. It doesn't seem like my computer is running hot. I appreciate your help. Thank you
