  • FSX Play- Courses missing in library

    Hi everyone,

Not sure if I didn't get the memo but I updated FSX Play today and now some of my courses are missing in the library - Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Cabot Cliffs... Anyone else seeing this?

    Regards,

    Critz

Hmm, that is concerning - I will check in a bit.

Pebble Beach and Links at Spanish Bay are both showing and working fine for me. Ironically enough those are the two I used for testing tonight…

Unfortunately I didn’t purchase Cabot prior to Foresight not renewing the license and can’t help there.

I just updated to the latest version...Had you done so as well?

I did, version 1.10.0.10. I ran the installer on top of the previous version as it didn’t pop up in the auto-download (which always seems to be erroring out in later versions).

the only thing I noticed right away is I lost my entire Favorite Players list and had to re-enter 40+ names.

I checked again this morning and all courses appear correctly and I can see all other courses available for purchase.

Do you still see the courses listed as owned and assigned under your FSX Live profile - My Account - Courses?

I am not missing any courses which I have paid for and were installed on FSX Play pre-update. Still missing about 6 others which have not (or will not) be updated but they remain in FSX2020.

Yes, all my purchased courses are still there.... I may have to reinstall. Side note, I too, had to use the installer from the website as the auto-updater did not seem to work (I did not see any progress bar showing it was being done)

Critzblank - check to see if the courses are still listed in your files here:
                • C:\Program Files (x86)\FSX Play\FSX Play_Data\StreamingAssets\Catalogue
I assume from your description that this was just an FSX Play update and not a transfer to a new PC?
