    No other info.
What software is included? Will it come with 5 free E6 courses like the Mevo + or Garmin R10?
What platforms will it work with? IOS? Android? Windows?
No updates on any of that.

I bailed on the “Kit” last week and got my deposit back exactly because of the radio silence from Full Swing. This is from the email I got back.

We will issue your $100 refund ASAP. We selected E6Connect as our third party software provider. More info coming shortly after the KIT launch which has been a dream of ours since 2014. We plan to launch the KIT to market in mid-September (late Sumer).

Honestly, how do you expect people to be o.k. with, more info coming after the release when it comes to how the “Kit” will interact with third party software. To me that is code for “we have not figured it out yet or how much extra we are going to charge you once we do.” Also not for nothing but I think late summer to most people means August not mid September. That may be splitting hairs but it in fits with the lack of information that has been offered. Oh they did send me a video of John Rahm hitting a ball while using the”Kit”. It was a down the line shot viewing the back of the “Kit” but no view of the “Kit” screen after the shot displaying any information, no commentary about the “Kit”, nor does John Rahm even look back at it after his shot. Sorry can’t post the video.
Again some of this might seem like nitpicking but it’s more than enough for me to bail out,

A little more than a month isn't much time. Fall begins Sept 22.

Probably too early to send them to the gallows considering the product doesn't actually exist yet.

Website says summer 2021, so they have some time.

I can't believe Fullswing has been so absent with their product, especially with all of the recent product announcements. I was on a webinar where Fullswing's president said there would be a major announcement at the end of May regarding the "The Kit" and it never came. With the Foresight/Bushnell product coming out this fall, possibly before Fullswing's I can't help but feel like I dodged a bullet from Fullswing. I was fully committed to paying down on the kit but there must be something seriously wrong with their unit if it been crickets since April.

Lots of options but nothing proven yet. As I always say, time will tell.

I also requested refund today given that I have a pre-order of Garmin R10 and also intrigued by a "Foresight/Bushnell Launch monitor". FWIW, I replied to my pre-order confirmation email "kitsupport@fullswinggolf.com" and also Grant email above, and got a reply back kitsupport within a few hours. I do wish them the best, but given the amount of new options announced in July, I am most excited about the Foresight/Bushnell unit as that should be based on some sort of camera system and would require less space compared to a radar based unit.

Sorry I have not responded. Yes I did get my deposit back, and in Full Swings defense it wasn’t entirely their fault. I had switched credit cards in the interim between paying the deposit and requesting the refund. I had explained this in my initial emails but they did not respond. I eventually called them and a very nice female (who shall remain nameless) at the company listened to my situation and said she would see what they could be done. Evidently they have a 3rd party who handles the refunds. Within maybe ten days I actually received a mailed (via UPS) paper check sent to my home. And it cleared after deposit. So I am good

I requested my refund back in early May and got it once I reached the right person . The first email I sent went to kitsupport@dev.fullswinggolf.com and it came back as undeliverable. I then sent an email to Grant Callahan <Grant.Callahan@fullswinggolf.com. He responded and I got my refund a couple days later.

Did you ever get your refund? Did you file a claim with your credit card? It has only been a couple of days, but emails are being bounced back to me (undeliverable) and when you call, you get bounced to a voicemail. I’ll give it a week then will file a fraud claim with visa.

I emailed both addresses today for the refund, and the one they list on the website (the @dev.fullswinggolf.com) bounced back the message with this message:
The response from the remote server was:
571 kitsupport@dev.fullswinggolf.com prohibited. We do not relay

We will see if the other address (without the dev. in it) works - pretty shoddy that the address they list for the refund doesn't work. On top of the terrible communication, missed dates and general lack of information, this isn't a good look for a supposed "big player" in the sim market.

Having waited patiently for news on this, and paid the deposit, the Garmin launch made up my mind to get the deposit back and stop obsessively hitting refresh on various forums hoping for news. If the Garmin turns out to have pretty accurate club data (even if calculated and not directly recorded), then it will be perfect for my needs - I have a skytrak, and the sim golf on that is fine, but I can't take it to the range. The Garmin may be the perfect combo with the skytrak, rather than sell the skytrak and tgc license etc and hope for the best from something from Full Swing that to this point has been all smoke and mirrors.
The skytrak is good for spin numbers, launch conditions etc to work on my game indoors, and play TGC sim golf, and the Garmin will hopefully give the main data I need outdoors - club path, face to path, angle of attack. I already have a good sense of spin numbers I get based on the quality of contact I make, and can eyeball launch conditions pretty accurately - I know when ball flight is where I want it (most experienced golfers can). What I need outdoors at the range is data on things I can't see, and something to record swings to review alongside that data. If I can get that for $600 (as long as the subscription fees for this data aren't too high, which is always a big question with Garmin) then it makes sense to keep the skytrak and forget about dropping $4k + tax and E6 fees and FS fees for something that has talked a good game but delivered nothing to this point.

Fairly certain they're after completely different markets at their respective price points. It's like asking if a Black Friday discount on an X3 is going to affect Skytrak sales.

Any new news regarding the full swing kit? Wondering how the garmin launch monitor coming out, how that might affect people requesting a refund on their preorders for this.
