Your hindsight is obviously 20/20 but this was with an established company with big names endorsing same. Never suspected they would screw people over

There's a post on Facebook group that a moderator got the test unit and testing it now. I'm just hoping it will have access to TGC2019 after they launch.

After the radio silence I decided to request a refund of my $100 deposit. I have sent two emails (1st-6/8 and follow up 6/11) to kitsupport@dev.fullswinggolf.com and have not received a reply. Who would do business with such a company? Any suggestions on how to get my money back?

Harry Brandt announced he is getting a test unit next week.

He got the demo unit yesterday. He said he will test it some but will have limited time with it since they are sending them to the US Open. Just curious to see how it does against Uneekor/TM/GC Quad

Yes i saw that and truly hope it is the case.... ive seen enough from this company to know i dont want to give them my money... support down the line is likely to be a nightmare.... to each their own i guess. if they accomplish what they are setting out to do, maybe i will revisit them in a few years when they have worked out all the kinks. had so much hope here too

Just to be clear where we stand..... Ryan Dotters (CEO of full swing) held a zoom that he teased and delayed for months and self declared a big announcement for the product coming on May 25th, today. Ealier today, Ryan argued with me in the FB group that marketing and communication for this launch has been great and didn't like that i suggested they should have done a better job giving transparent information. Today has come and went with no announcement or response from the company as to why or postponement. Even worse Ryan told the admin of the group (harry brandt) in january that we was three weeks away from getting a unit to test so he could report back to the group. That demo unit still has not made its way to Harry with no revised timeline of when to expect it.

Just no information at all, again. Ryan Dotters has now left the facebook group he was trying to sell product to and my guess is he will be radio silent from now on. Clearly this company has no clue how to engage with customers or launch products which means they will be even worse to deal with after the launch. There will almost certainly be tons of bugs and issues that happen with all launch monitors new releases and if their customer service is anything like their marketing and product teams, i say run!!! what an absolute disaster and i had high hopes for this venture

I agree 100%. If they are this bad when trying to get your business how bad will they be once they already have your money?
