What PC specs do you have? Are you running the latest version? You may not have the hardware to run some resolutions and settings smoothly. Try choosing lite mode on GSPro startup.

This does sound like a PC issue. That said, PC specs are only one side of the equation. Next question is what Frame Rate and Resolution are you trying to push? If you are laggy at 60 FPS and 1920x1080, I would be surprised with your specs. Not so much if you are trying to push 4k at 120 FPS. Resolution and Frame Rate matter a lot. 4K at 120FPS basically takes 8 times the GPU power of 1920x1080 at 60 FPS.

My 3080ti (approximately 67% more horsepower than a 4060) runs 4k at 60 FPS, but a 3070 that i tried, which is much closer to the 4060, was a laggy mess. I had no issues running 1920x1080 with the 3070.

I set it on high instead of ultra and it’s fine
