Not reading hits at all

It has been working for days although not showing And results as driving range or teachers result on Forsight. So I made changes to club lendth and angle. I also made changes, acording to an earlier post, to security on ProTee folder. Allowed under security.
Now it doesn't recognize a hit. I've restarted rmotion the pic several times and nothing. Even tried it on a club I didn't change. Still nothing. Oh, the sensor shows charged.
Any ideas?

Hi Bjrcmr we can take several steps to see what is going on. I would recommend you reach out to support site for R-Motion. In the mean time, could you please turn on the diagnostic mode from settings and attempt to hit some shots.

Please also make sure the sensor is not upside down. (The two charging pins facing to you).

I turned diagnostic on. This moarning it registered hits. But it showed the club severely off path. And the ball would go 1 to 2 Yards. The sensor is turned right. Contact at top. Clip correctly positioned on club.

We check your logs you were previously using right handed and recent logs are left handed. Could you please check in the game if you are setting the correct hand ?

Will the right/left thing worked but I spoke too quick. The right hand thing worked, but now alll clubs register 100 to 120 yards approx 65 club head speed. I tried driver 3 wood 7 Iron 6 iron. I pulled out my old optishot and it recognized different clubs different distance. Clubs have different length face angle.

Bjrcmr the only problem I can think of is that you don't put the clips close to the grip

When the text shows "RIGHT HANDED" its actually set to "LEFT HANDED". The full text says: Switch to RIGHT HANDED, or switch to LEFT HANDED.
Its a switch. If you are right handed make sure the text reads " Switch to: LEFT HANDED". Double check to find out if this is the case.
