I have wrote to their support with no answer so I will copy paste my email to them here maybe somebody would read it from the company...
Hi there , after a vey satisfactory year of use of my R-Motion Golf simulator sensor I have a huge problem. First of all your sensor gets loose and being thrown every time you top a real golf ball . With almost golf balls no problem but it was also meant to be used with real golf balls too ....I am not a super experienced golfer still learning as you can understand but your product is actually targeting people like me so I believe topping the golf ball should not be a user error .It is not just one clip all the clips I have bought(14) have the same design flaw. And I dont think I am the only one who has this problem as I can read on some comments on the golf simulator forum...There is a serious flaw with your design I suppose . Couple of times I had to ask people to stop hitting the ball and go in to the driving range field where people hit their balls and search for my device. Luckily I was able to find it but I had decided to not use it outside after all those embarrassing moments. And at home same thing was happening and I didnt care that much since I was hitting on to a visco mattress but at the end it flew on to the wall next to the mattress and the sensor’s plastic cover got little bit damaged . I was going to write you and complain about it but it seemed like it was still working with no problem apart from it’s appearance . After a month or so in these quarantine days while I was using it your sensor started to not to hold charge and when you connect the sensor to the charger dongle it first gives blue then all the way red till it turns off after a minute or so by it self...So what do you suggest ? I believe your device is fantastic apart from its holding mechanism which you should either give some rubber band or attach a hook and loop fastener to the clips. Can you please be very kind and send me a spare one and I promise I will hook it up and fasten it tight with a rubber band
Best Regards

I remember reading the same problem here somewhere in this forum . Did somebody have the same problem that I had
And were they able to get a spare sensor as a replacement ???
