Can’t get MLM2PRO in premium mode

I got my MLM2PRO yesterday. It says premium member in my profile but it’s only reading 3 swing data points. It seems stuck in basic mode. Haven’t heard from Rapsodo yet.
Also do I have sit there and enter all my club data for each club? Who knows all the stuff about each club?

You don't need all the club details. It's only to identify your clubs in your bag.
