Sign In Issues ?????

How are you starting up the game ?

If I click on the "The Golf Club" app I can't enter the nickname I selected (wont accept an "@" symbol). I was using the Interface but now that doesn't work either ???????

Lets start with what you're using. GC2, Skytrak, ES, ProTee? Video game version?

where are you entering the user name?

I don't know that interface. I suggest you open a ticket with ProTee. Support is included. They'll sort you out.

This may sound like a dumb question. How do I open a repair ticket. I have sent an email but have not gotten any response.

I am a little lost what the issue is here but if you are attempting to open the main icon to start TGC with a skytrak this may help. Do the spash screen for rhaposado display? If not,

Penrose....I appreciate your help, I'll post a screen shot later today and explain what I mean a little better. I am able to run TGC, the sign in seems strange to me.
