I haven't started playing tour yet, but I plan to. When I have friends over, I change the settings to make putting easier, but I think that gives me a better score than I would get normally. Do the settings have any impact on our handicap, or is it strictly score based?

Here is some light reading.
Welcome to the tour.
Yeah, when you are playing with kids.... sometimes I will boost one club for my 10 year old to use....... So she uses that club and we go play a par 3. I do have to remember to bring it back down though. Hopefully, TGC2 will have user applied boost.
