  • SkyTrak Renewal Problem

    I bought a new laptop to play TGC. I installed TGC on the laptop and received a new license key from ProTee. The new license key states it is invalid. My laptop also has a third icon titled "SkyTrak TGC Settings" and when I click on it Notepad opens and contains a line stating "User ID=ERROR: invalid or expired license". Well my SkyTak license never expired and was renewed well before its first expiration date. I haven't been able to play TGC since early March. Emailing ProTee hasn't helped. ProTee sent me a third license key but it results in the same license error.

    Ask support for a remote support session. I'm sure we will be able to solve this.
