No sound from TGC

    No sound from TGC

    Hi Folks
    I am running my TGC through my MSI laptop via HDMI which is connector to my projector but the problem is the sound does not come through all of the time if I take out the HDMI lead from the laptop you can hear the sound I have had TGC for 8 weeks now and I would say the sound has only come through 3 times can anyone advise what to do

    It's your sound card set up. Google multiple speakers and your sound card.

      Also open the audio mixer (right click the audio icon) and check the individual audio sliders.

        I had to right click on my speaker icon, then choose "playback devices". Select your HDMI output from there. I have had times when my computer didn't recognize the HDMI, but simply unplugging the HDMI cable and plugging it back in fixed the problem.
