Courses wont load

I havent played in a couple months and now when when i try to load courses they wont come up and the white wifi symbol in the bottom right keeps acting like its trying to connect. My internet is fine, do i need to unblock something or give a permission for something? Any suggestions?

I would like to add that i disabled the windows firewall, the router firewall, and no antivirus. But still can't can't get courses to come up when online, only come up offline.
