Skytrak TGC in Protee Limited mode... how do i get the game online?

I'm using the Skytrak and TGC software (full licence purchase). I'll open up the TGC software, and then click "Go Online" and it says its in limited mode only. It just says

ProTee Limited Mode
Only Regular, offline play is available

I don't remember setting this up, and since i purchased the super expensive version of TGC ($800) there had better not be any feature I'm not allowed to use. I've removed any virus software, no help. I turned off the Windows firewall, no help. So i'm assuming its some simple setting that I'm just not realizing. I'd like to play a tournament or online round.

Hi,

Have you tried setting up via a VPN , https://protonvpn.com/ , As we sometimes see internet Providers blocking connection from players to our servers.

If that doesn't help please submit a ticket at our support so we can get you golfing!

no luck with the VPN. I've put in a help request. hopefully they'll get this figured out. the TGC software is very limited without being able to "go online"
