Can'y connect online

I just moved my sim system to a newly finished room and found that I can't connect TGC online. The Wi-Fi connection is OK. I can play some courses display on menu but was not able to go online to select other courses. There are the screen pictures I took as attached. I couldn't find a way to reconnect. Please help me to connect back.

Do you have a way of running a Ethernet cable from your router to the pc in the new room.

That will be difficult. I used to use Wi-Fi and has been running very well before moving the computer.

I mean my ether net output is on the other side of the room and a little bit too far to reach.

My Wi-Fi connection is in good condition and works well in other programs.
Why my TGC turns into "ProTee Limited Mode" and I can't go online? It also mention that I need to turn online in Main Menu, but besides "Go Online" button there is no way for me to get connection. Go Online is not working?

I has issues with the wifi connect despite good wifi signal. If you can hard wire it try that.

Support is working with you to figure out what's going on. Your connection with the TGC servers is probably timing out.

Thank you. But what you mean the connection with the TGC servers is probably timing out? My is a onetime payment for TGC.
