Gimmies

This may have been answered somewhere but I can not find it.
Is there a way to set up gimmies in tgc? I ask because we are having a hard time getting the protee sensor mat to pick up the noise from a really short putt and keep bouncing the putts off the hole having to hit them to hard.

From the MAIN MENU goto SETTINGS -> GAME PLAY.

Here you see settings like GREEN GRID, SCOUT CAMERA, ETC.

You need to scroll down using the scroll wheel with your mouse. The last setting here is the GIMME RULE.

You can set this to: NO GIMMES, GIMME (within 2 yards) & ON GREEN (when the ball is on the green).
