Not sure about the hole mismatch but you are more than likely set up to use "Metric" and not "Imperial" measurements. You can change this in the Settings area.

9M 30cm translates to 9 meters and 30 centimeters.

Not 100% sure here but when you move your aim stick you will see the distance change as you use the (w&s key I think) forward and back and then side to side (a&d). The little flag with the down arrow only means where the hole is and that down arrow is not up or down hill. Your actual aim stick will show the up or down. You can use this info to read where a drop off may be in the green or if you want the distance to where the downhill actually starts you know how far to putt to get it to that point etc.

I assume you do want metric.

So what this tells me is that the hole is over to the left and is 6 M away and 27 cm up hill. Your aim stick is right of the hole by quite a bit and is further back at 9 M and at that point it is 30 cm up hill.

The aim stick can some times be in front or behind the hole location and seemed not to default back to the hole for every time you first go to putt.
