Is there any option to start every hole with a flyby? I don't see anything in settings but figured i'd check.

I'd only want to do this if the shortcut key works to cancel the flyby once you've seen enough. I find the flybys excruciatingly slow...I hope a future update can include an option to control the flyby speed - i.e. 1.5x, 2x, 3x, etc. I'd like a relatively quick flyby at the start of each hole...similar to what redchain had.

Hmm. I got my interface software set up to auto-trigger a flyby at the start of each hole and it works well...but I didn't realize the flybys don't exit once they're done...they just sit there panning around the green. So, it takes a click on the touch screen to turn off the flyby once it's at the green. I'll request that for a future update...to have the flyby execute and then close, ready for the player's tee shot.

We actually disabled the default flyby to speed up the game play a couple of version ago. It was time consuming especially during online play.
We try to avoid touching a keyboard during the game as much as possible.

You can start a flyby anytime by pressing the J key on your keyboard and stop it by pressing J again.

For your interface you can put a timer on the J key. The SDK returns the length of the hole. Based on this you can adjust the J key timer (350y = approx 16 second flyby).

That is good info. I have been pressing Q. Considering that this is a console game port, you guys have done a great job. Is there a list of keyboard commands for TGC?

        Thanks

Thanks ProTee guys! That's a great workaround for a delayed key press. I agree the flyby is slow and I may end up turning this back off...I really hope a future update can give an option to speed it up (by a factor of 1.5 or 2 or whatever).
