ProTee Golf Interface

I’m using GC2 to play TGC 2019 via GC2_to_TGC. The old PC was outdated and I try to move TGC 2019 to a new acquired one. After installing TGC, GC2_to_TGC and ProTee Golf Interface and got all the new license key from ProTee Support the connection was not successful. When run the ProTee Interface it came out an error screen like the picture attached. ProTee couldn’t solve this problem for me. Can Master Mthunt or any one can help?

It looks like the settings are wrong. Did ProTee remote in? Did you try it with GSX or my interface?

ProTee only give me the license key and stated that they don’t support GC2 thus they can’t help me. I don’t use GSX. Do you have your own interface to replace ProTee Interface?

I also use your GC2_to_TGC for GSPro, it works great with you MSI file.
Can I connect TGC with MSI in the background?

So that interface was created to support two GC2's and USB connection. I had 2 GC2's in my set up. GSX is a ProTee product and works better. You can still use the one you have or GSX. Use these instructions very very closely. Wherever you see 'GSX' use the interface you have. If it worked with GSPro it'll work with TGC. People fail to get to work by not following the steps.

Thank you Mthunt! ProTee Interface is still the key part in the connection by using GSX via Bluetooth. The ProTee Interface problem is still not able to solved on my new PC. I decided to stay using TGC2019 on my old PC instead of switching to the new one. It is saying TGC2019 will be replace by a brand new software next spring. I’m playing most courses on GSPro on the new PC, only some of the courses I’ play on TGC that are not available on GSPro.
