I know this was posted in the Protee Range Design contest, but I felt it should have it's own topic. I didn't even discover these until I saw them posted on the Ottawa forums. These are the best driving ranges I know of in TGC right now. Wonderful work by RDH. Any users of TGC should check them out. Almost makes a practice area in TGC unnecessary now...

I may look at a couple more variations on these once the next update comes out in January. Because there is currently no way to skip to other holes, I set up the various greens on the range so that you just rotate from the first tee to face the one you want to hit to. The down side is you don't get the distance indicator to the flag. After the January update there will be a function to skip holes...so I may restructure this with a series of holes spread across the range so you can then always be facing directly down the range to find a green/pin that is the desired distance with a proper distance indicator. Plus I was going to look at a skills/challenge range with objects to hit over/under/etc...maybe something i'll tackle over the holidays.

I am also a fan of the Edge ranges. I like the Edge distance Autumn. Thanks RDH for putting in the effort. I also like Range 2 ProTee SFR. I like what SFR did with the chipping green. I am sure that the vast majority of the players appreciate your effort.Comment
