TGC trouble installing

I've had my ProTee a little over a year now and for the most part have been happy. Last year I tried, unsuccessfully, to install TGC. Now I'm trying again and still can't get it to install. I have the license # from last year (if it still works). Could someone please send me the link to download? I've tried to deal with SwingSense, but it won't take my sign-in info and won't let me reset password. Ugh!! This whole system has been very frustrating all the way around. I'm a Mac user and my sim computer a PC so I fumble through this part. Another question - I'm running Windows 8 right now, but have heard I need to upgrade to Windows 10 for the virus protection. Will it work on Windows 10? Thanks for the help.

When I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 , I needed a new a new license code. The Protee support team responded very quickly with a new code.

Thanks Eagle, I will upgrade Windows prior to trying again to install TGC.
