  • Lost Connection?

    For the first time I've gotten a "You've lost connection" error message. Says I need to reconnect at the main menu. I go to the very opening menu and try to click on the go online button but it says the same thing. Help :-).

    that happened to me once. My PC running the TGC software lost Internet access. I just rebooted the PC and since I never did it before gave it a static IP. Please note, I do not think I had to give it a static IP address for it to work, I just prefer to have static IP's in the house - it seems to be more reliable for all the devices.

      Thanks. I'll have to check the internet connection. That may be the problem. We had a storm come through the other night and one of my other computers here at the office isn't able to connect to the internet via the "wired" connection. May have blown up the router extender box. Didn't think of that. DUH :-).

        Yep that was it :-). I just reset the router box and we're back in business.
