TGC Box Profile - Machine ID w/SkyTrak ?

Disregard*** I think I figured it out.

I purchased TGC this morning and going through the setup. I am able to connect the Box but having issues with activating License. I am able to cut and paste license Key but I am unable to enter data into the Machine ID. Also tried copy and paste but I am unable to edit the field. Could someone please assist?

What was the issue? Machine ID should be there.

You need to send us the TGC Machine ID. Not your SkyTrak serial number.

The field machine ID should contain data (which we need). If its not there, then something is wrong with the installation.

Uninstall TGC and make sure you install it on the default drive and default path. In other words, do not change the installation directory during install to make sure the machine id appears.

The issue was trying to install on a virtual machine. I have reinstalled on native OS and resubmitted my license request with the actual TGC Machine ID.
