  • What's the best course you've played?

The one you keep going back to over and over and enjoy? I've played the Sunday Magnolia and it was brutally long for me and Pebble beach a few times , which courses are must plays being new to the software ?
Which is the best to show off to your friends the first time they come over to play?

If you have time just jump in & play as a 0 for this event. Someone told me that & I did... That is how I started. I am a newb as well. The tournaments are a blast. Nothing like grinding out a round in the basement!!! Pressure practice is awesome. It really can hurt to play as scratch. Just my 2 cents...

I've already played all 5 Q school 2016 B events so I may have a handicap already when I enter this weekends. I had a round where I couldn't hit a shot right and scored a 104 at great Tottingham and still somehow had fun doing it... Lots of swearing but still fun lol.

Stingreye I played the 2016 B q school qualifying and just entered the 2017 Bethpage event last night. Only got through three holes before I had to get some sleep. I will definitely enter every tourney out there.

Yes, Magnolia National is very impressive, and Whistling Straits can be the show off with those dunes.

Fox Chapel and Pittsburgh Field Club. Well done real courses that are not overly challenging and a blast to play.

Magnolia, Pebble Beach, Glen Abbey, Oceanic Athletic club, Oakmont, congressional, Belfry, TPC Sawgrass, Crooked stick, Riviera, Whistling straits. So many good courses. You can't go wrong with any of the courses listed on the tours. The courses on the tour will not please everyone all the time. But the majority of players will find them challenging, fun and sim friendly.

My number 1......Pebble Beach or Oceanic Athletic Club....it's a tie.

Haha, sounding like a broken record aren't I? I'll ease up on my Fox Chapel love affair. I don't know, just trying to make sure some of the newer TGC owners don't miss any of the under the radar courses. The big name courses are obvious.
