    Internet speed connection.

    Guys,

    Im in a bit of a pickle! I have gigabit internet at home because of gaming, streaming and lack of time/convenience

    My sim is going in my new industrial building where I havent ordered an internet package yet- my isp told me that they only supply fiber to my hub and that my building will only have 25mbps for now... is this a deal breaker for playing online???

    will I have tonnes of lap - or does multiplayer not work like that in tgc - and ill just have to wait a bit extra to see people ghost shots? I doubt ill be playing with anyone in real time - unless I get to know some of you more....

    Also Im home now and this thing is taking 2 hrs to download?? unbelievable 175 kb/s???

      Once the game loads there is no lag time between holes. I would bet it will take a minute to download each course but my guess is you'll be fine.

          So far I've been using it on a 30mbps and 1mbps speed... The 1mbps speed gives me connection fits on tgc... Been kicked during a couple rounds and when trying to load a course it'll check for a previous round and it gives me a retry pop up... Other than that it just takes a little while to get the UI to catch up with your choices... Once the course is loaded and you don't get booted it works great!

          Is there a minimum requirement on connection speed either ST, protee, or TGC recommends?

            I have 12 mps and have no issues with TGC.

              Some people are reporting connection issues. It's not your coennection.

                  I normally have 6-7 mbps and usually loads a coyrse inless than 30 seconds, , today it took 3 1/2 minutes to load a course, anybody know whats going on? is it the TGC server?

                    I was in TGC using the designer for 7 or 8 hours today without any issues. Seems better. Touch wood.
