HELP! Skytrak won't stay connected

I'm connecting through the TGC Skytrak interface (V. 1.42) but can't get through more than a hole or two without the Skytrak losing its connection-and sometimes multiple times on the same hole. I'd really appreciate some help. It's no fun having some guys over and not being able to play! Thanks.

Are you using Wifi or USB?

If you aren't having internet troubles then I recommend rebooting your router. Also login to your router and make sure you are extending the DHCP lease time in the event you haven't given the Skytrak a static IP or reserved the IP in your router.

what does the skytrak device show up as. I a guessing this. Gateway356548

I have a long USB cable and keep it plugged in all the time. I haven't had any issues.
