    So confused! What are my upgrade options for TGC 2019?

    Been away from things for a while and didn't know that 2019 was available until this week! I've been searching the forums but having a tough time sifting through the hundreds of posts to find a clear answer.

    I purchased a perpetual TGC license from a forum member and activated it in Sept 2017.

    1. What are my options for upgrading to 2019 apart from paying full price for it?
    2. I use a GC2 - is there anything special about the system requirements for 2019 or do we still used the pro-tee interface with GSX?

    You help is very appreciated!

    2. I use the same interface and use tgc and tgc2019 interchangeably.

      I assume using the pro-tee interface with GSX gets around this just like it does with legacy TGC, correct?

      When selecting which platform to purchase, should I select "ProTee Interface"?

        Can't remember for sure but I think that is correct. If you pick the wrong one your password /key code won't work. One time they gave me skytrak password and gc2 didn't work with interface. Emailed them and they have me different key code good to go.

      When you upgrade you don’t change any settings or interfaces. You just add a new dashboard that gives you the option of running TG1 or TGC2019. One you get 2019 you’ll forget about 1.

      This thread was helpful to understand that I can run both at the same time...

      Now to rebuild my PC and move over the Protee 2.0 and TGC.

        You will be able to pay for the upgrade and Protee will assist you with transferring to another pc. Protee TGC is not supported for GC2 but as you will see in the forums gsx does allow you a way to run it.
