    Worth paying the updgrade to TGC 2019 from TGC?

    Hello,

    Just curious from those who have made the jump, if it is in your opinion worth doing? I'm just getting back into the sim game after mostly a three year layoff, and I'm curious if I should budget $499 into my build for the upgrade cost.

    As an aside, if I do, is it worth upgrading to a 4k projector also?

        I think the 2019 graphics are somewhat better. Not night and day to me but better. Putting is MUCH easier in the original, you can view the putt from 4 different sides to help get a feel for the green breaks.
        The best factor about 2019 is a ton of LIDAR based real courses with multiple tee boxes. In TGC you really had to hunt to find ones that weren't 7000 yard plus courses designed for mouse/console golfers.

        Unless you can handle 7000 yard courses. I can't...

        It does look pretty good... who do I contact to upgrade? Just buy on the site?
