Is anyone else having a problem with the Club View getting stuck on an old shot and not updating on new shots? The system is still reading the ball and sending the data to TGC2019 but its not showing it in the View Software. in order to get the Club view to work again i need to delete the session and create a new one. this seems to reset everything.

Club view freezing with EYEXO after update

I have that problem, and also have a whole bunch of shots where the recording starts only after the shot is over, so you see the club well past the ball, but not at the point of striking. Uneekor told me my CPU might not be fast enough to handle the recording, but when we reviewed the CPU graphs during usage, they never got past ~60%, so they weren't sure what was wrong.

This happens to me after the update too. I’m in the uneekor queue but they seem to be buried. I did notice that View works fine until I do a short chip or putt. Then updating often just stops even though shots are still being recorded in TGC2019
I hope they fix this soon since it renders a very expensive EYE XO no better than a SkyTrak from a data collection perspective.

I am still having the issue of the EYE XO not recognizing a guest or named guest in View, Succeed, TGC19. We have to open up View and start a "new session" every time the guest is up to take a turn and wait for it to turn back on. Very frustrating.

I notice that leaving the monitor on for an extended period of time seems to make the club path view quit working. Swing Optix seems to handle it fine. I have been able to restart Ignite and leave TGC2019 running and it corrects itself. I think this is new since the latest upgrade, but not a big deal so far.

I'm having the same symptoms as JavaMan above (QED).
It happened once every few rounds prior to the update. After the update, it happens every few holes. Quitting and starting Ignites gets things going again, but the frequency of doing this is unreasonable.
In addition, since the update, Ignite/POD gets confused by the two white balls on my Odyssey Fang putter. It causes very short putts (<= 7 feet) to be "no reads", with no data sent to E6Connect.
When ever a putt "no read" occurs, I look at Ignite and find the club head view frozen.
Prior to the update, I have never had a "no read" on my two-ball putter in the 15 months since christening my simulator.
Practice sessions where I pick a spot on a hole & hit many short chip shots in a row also causes a freeze in Ignite (as well as in E6Connect).
I received the following from Uneekor Support: "I have provided the roll back version of Ignite/QED DLL below if you wish to go back to the previous version.
https://festa-file.s3.ap-northeast-2...NITE_Patch.exe".
I haven't attempted this rollback yet, so be kind to the messenger!
