Thanks for the comments FaultyClubs, I understand what your saying but it's very difficult to get the views of the course just right, I havent designed any of my courses specifically for the pro tee, I believe you can shut the wind off etc: when I design a hole I play it 20 to 30 times using driver 3-4 woods maybe a 3 iron to try to replicate the landing area, also play the course with wind over several weeks offline in the designer to try and play it in all wind strengths and directions, but it's impossible to get that perfect view from a 60 to 80 yard area that the ball could land in depending whether it's into or with the wind and the individual length of every Pro Tee user, I put as many things out of view as I do in view for just that occasion you slice or block a shot into no mans land, I can spend an evening designing something that can only be seen in the two second portion of the flyover of the hole, I am aware but it's impossible to cover every position. As in previous posts to IronStrokes although I haven't designed specifically for Pro Tee I think you will find all off my recent courses Pro Tee friendly, the last few in reverse order, Spirit Valley, Vale Meadows, Lochry Doon, non of these have pinched in fairways and have a decent rating, thanks Nigel

Haha that's funny, with no automatic fly over in the simulator version after I had finished I was wondering where the falls you made were and went back to each hole looking for it until I found it. The dedication to detail and time put in to do everything is amazing from you designers, wouldn't even know where to start if I tried designing something, maybe one dayOriginally posted by enef56 View PostThanks for the comments FaultyClubs, I understand what your saying but it's very difficult to get the views of the course just right, I havent designed any of my courses specifically for the pro tee, I believe you can shut the wind off etc: when I design a hole I play it 20 to 30 times using driver 3-4 woods maybe a 3 iron to try to replicate the landing area, also play the course with wind over several weeks offline in the designer to try and play it in all wind strengths and directions, but it's impossible to get that perfect view from a 60 to 80 yard area that the ball could land in depending whether it's into or with the wind and the individual length of every Pro Tee user, I put as many things out of view as I do in view for just that occasion you slice or block a shot into no mans land, I can spend an evening designing something that can only be seen in the two second portion of the flyover of the hole, I am aware but it's impossible to cover every position. Can't remember what follow camera its called, but know it was whatever one came with the new update and I go with a 2.5 second delay. Tried 4.5 seconds as some had mentioned and just felt a little too long for my liking so went back to the 2.5Originally posted by MainStGolf View PostWhat follow camera view are you using in the game? And what is your delay timer set at. Seems you've found a pretty good combination of watching your ball sail out and then landing. I like it!

Yea, luckily with the new update we recently got we can adjust the time of day and all, so should be able to make it nice and sunny. I'll definitely be giving it ag go with the different teesOriginally posted by enef56 View PostPublished Friday version last week and Saturday this weekend, Saturday has rain with softer fairways and greens, don't know if you guys get rain or you can override it but if it gets a little dark wait a few secs until the clouds pass
