Gimme default distance?

It looks like standard gimme distance is 6ft for online tournaments and such (for TGC at least). In real life, to me about 4ft makes more sense but 6ft is doable.

What is the actual standard gimme distance in different games?

You are free to set gimme to 4ft, or even turn it off completely. Anything over 6ft is not allowed on the tour.

There is no "standard". It's a tour rule.

That is the rule for TGC tournaments as some hardware struggles picking up shots under 6 feet. You can set your gimme to less if you so choose. I often set mine to 1 yard and use Skytrak and it has no trouble picking up short putts. Can't speak for other tours.
