I have had my skytrak for nearly a year now and use it all the time at the golf course in the nets. I am going to be moving house soon and will be moving into a property with a garage. At last i will be able to create a sim in my garage (sorry car your out on the street).
I have been doing some research on projectors, enclosures, mats and everything else you need. Mats and enclosures (the impact screen and surround), are no probs and pretty cheap, but projectors are another ball game on what one to get.
Normal, Short throw, ultra short throw, VGA, XVGA, 1080p, Lumens, contrast, aspect ratio and many other options to consider and every projector is completely different than the next one i look at.
I have a budget of about £600 (UK) can somebody please let me know, without all the jargon above, what they are using and what they recommend. I'm planning to buy TGC to use.
