Swingsense.com refund issues.

Does anyone have a POC at this place besides the info@swingsense.com email? I originally purchased a net and the protee software from them but, asked to have the net refunded due to the long wait time. All I got was an email saying everything was to be refunded but, it's not processed yet after a couple days. I've emailed them numerous times to see if they refunded just the net or the entire amount so I could figure out if I needed to repurchase the software or not. Still getting no response though from that email.

Someone must have been reading my mind as I typed this cause I got an email literally a few seconds after making the post. Hopefully got it all worked out
