I downloaded the E6 demo end of Dec last year but should have read the system spec requirements first as my laptop wasn't good enough to run the software. I contacted E6 immediately and asked if they could stop the clock on my 30 day trial and I continue with it when I could afford to buy a gaming PC. E6 got back to me very quickly and said they had cancelled the trial and no problem with me starting again when I had the new PC. Today I have my gaming PC but Skytrak say my trial has expired and basically, they won't allow me to use it again which I think is absolutely ridiculous. I did explain this to E6 and they sent me a link to download the software again, which I did but when I tried playing Wade Hampton GC (the 1 free with trial), I had the message as can be seen in the attached pic. Very disappointing this, anybody else have the same issue? Also, I could only get to work by connecting my skytrak to my PC via USB cable, anybody know how I connect via WIFI?
