TGC 2019 frequency of HB ProTee server updates

Just wondering if anyone has any input or knows what frequency HB and ProTee server updates will happen for course download updates. Enjoying the skytrak update but not finding courses from xbox TGC 2019 and wondering how long before those sync up for a download. I've heard since TGC 1 is still active servers being offline for updates isn't as bad as TGC 1 can be fired up, not sure if that's true or not but would be nice to see another cashe of courses update sometime soon for 2019. Did all courses that were in TGC at the 2019 beta release get moved to TGC2019? Reason i ask is many people are commenting in a facebook group that they are NOT finding courses from TGC in TGC2019.

I read in some other threads that they publish at the beginning of each month. If you publish a course it will show up on your sim as an option to play even if HB has not synced. I got a course file emailed to me from the designer of my home course. After I published. It it showed up as a choice when I searched for it in the courses list. If you just play it from the design portal or from unpublished courses you can not play with friends. I posted in another thread how to get the course file into TGC 2019. Hit the M key to get to the publish screen. You will be required to take a screen shot before you can publish. I am not sure how to get to a screen with your favorite hole from here. Once you do You hit the Delete key and press enter to take a picture.

I played my home course that Brandon designed twice today. I posted in another thread how to play the course with the file Brandon sends you. How to play designed course in The Gold Club 2019 without publishing it. I had somebody design a course for me (Brandon Pugh)and he emailed me the completed course data. He had published the course but it takes a while for it to show up in TGC 2019 portal. Obviously I was anxious to play the course right away. Here is how you do it.

Read Everything below before you start.

Copy the course file to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\HB Studios Multimedia Ltd_\The Golf Club 2019\Courses.
Then run TGC 2019 Go to design course tab. click Play unpublished courses. You course should show up in the left screen. Click your course and when it opens pick option 3 to play the full course. If you want to change the tee box hit option (4) first to move to the tee box you want. If no Course folder shows up then You might have to create a test course just to get the folder COURSES to show up in either The Golf Club or The Golf Club 2019 folder above. Just give the course a name and hit save and the Courses folder will show up. Then just copy and past the file in the Course folder and follow the instructions above.
