I have a complete sim set up , but I’m not happy with my space so I’m looking to rent a space in brooklyn ny.
i have some spaces available in the Smith street area
( with parking and close to subway n bus )
id be willing to move my existing skytrack into the space and possibly upgrade to gc2 or gc2 with hmt
i also have access to a very decent used overhead system I’m thinking of buying
what I’m looking for is a group of local ppl to spit the cost of leasing the space
projected to be about 1200 to 1500 a month
two hitting bays may be possible
im currently in the process of researching the space and viability of having 2 bays
