Flightscope Xi and Xi+ are currently only working "officially" with mobile devices....yes.
But I do have it working with E6 and it is going to be integrated with E6 Cloud, officially. So.....your sources are wrong I'd say.
I'll list Henri the owner as my source. lol

Yes, I have emails from both Flightscope and TruGolf that the Xi will definitely work with E6 cloud. The TruGolf rep stated that, with respect to limited (residential) monthly hours....."There will be a certain amount of hours that come, and a cost to purchase more. The pricing will be reasonable. Stay tuned for more details!"

No. Skytrak putting works. It's just a firmware upgrade that's needed. I am able to putt/soft chip on Skytrk. Have been for a while now. I am awaiting a software upgrade by E6 to allow it.Originally posted by Dax View PostI
When I saw your post about testing the putting app and knowing you are a tester for Skytrack, I thought to myself that this might be the solution Skytrack was thinking about for their putting.
The putting app in my mind would be very helpful and cheaper than other options for Flightscope and Trackman to allow for just that, putting. It would need cooperation between the hardware and software for it to work.

Don't know if it's my phone but there were like at least 5 more Posts on this thread. Including 1 by me.
I just ordered a 10 by 30 impact net and a monster turf mat. I'm going to set up a basic hitting net area for now. See how that works with the option to transform it later.

Can anyone recommend a distance from the rear wall I should hang my net?
If I let it hang free or if I weight the bottom.
I picked up galvanized pipe and fittings to build a ceiling mounted frame. This will allow me to easily slide it out of the way and store it. I just don't want to be having to move the entire assembly if I can.
This is the net--http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00DX3MOUA?vs=1Last edited by Ryan5508; 03-14-2015, 10:38 PM.

I tested memory foam to put behind. The ball punctures it. The foam doesn't give enough and it will get destroyed. I wouldn't use it.Originally posted by bubs3141 View Post12 inches would suffice. You can go closer if you put a memory foam behind the netMy Courses:

FYI, I go along with Bubs....screen followed by net.. I have about 12 inches of space behind and I never deflect that much thx to the net. My original design incorporated a PVC (sched 40) frame but after I hit the top rail and rebounded (nearly knoucking me out!) I switched to a hook system with bungee cords. This works well and now I have no hard surfaces anywhere for a rebound event!
