New Build - A few questions

I recently ordered a ProTee VX set up from Indoor Golf with the Sig12 enclosure, garage dimensions are 10' ceilings, 14' wide and 17' deep. Here are a few questions on my mind:

1. I am placing the sim in my garage with the enclosure in front of the garage door and have one can light that will be behind the projector (just out of picture). Will this provide enough light for the impact zone? Will the projector still provide a good image on the screen with an overhead light?

2. Would you paint the left side wall and ceiling a darker color? I am planning to hang a black curtain on the right side.

3. I would like to install a mirror on the back wall to help with my alignment, any recommendations?

4. lastly, any regrets or things you wish you had done differently?

I think everything will be here and ready to install in the next 1-2 weeks. Thanks!!

I answered this post before but I may have made a mistake or perhaps Protee deleted for some reason, so I will try again.
1. In my setup I have two 50w eq LED down lights that are about 2 ft behind and 4 ft to the left and right of the hitting area. This seems like enough light but not overly so.
2. My walls are light and I have no issues as far as I can tell, so no.

4. Well that would be yes. I measured my ceiling height just on one side of the room. That one side measured 8 ft 9 1/2 in. With a 1 1/4 in thick mat I thought I would end up with just over 8 ft 8 in mounting height. That's the height Protee indicated they did not have customer complaints. Turns out the other side of the room measured 8 ft 8 1/2 in. So, I ended up with a mounting height of 8 ft 7 1/2 in above the mat. The system still works well. Most of the numbers with pix balls and balls with bold/long lettering work well as long as the lettering is placed upward. These balls produce numbers similar to my last Trackman 4 and Flightscope sessions. I am now on the 1.8.7 beta.
