What's your image brightness πŸ”† people?

So I'm trying to rock this 6500 lumen projector to cover a 16 x 10 screen and I've had some professional input that this would be on the weaker side of brightness.

So now I'm asking the masses how bright are the images in foot Lamberts for your sim, and how do you like it?

I'm wondering if the over under is 40.

32 fL currently, but switching to either Optoma GT1080DARBEE that would be 30 fL or Benq HT2150ST that would be 22 fL. I bet 15-30 fL is the norm.

Also, some point out that brightness specs don’t tell the whole story and some projectors that spec out as less bright actually perform better than projectors with higher brightness specs. Many claim this of the HT2150ST vs the GT1080DARBEE because of the different color wheel types despite the large brightness specs gap.

I have a panasonic with 5000 lumens and get 60 FL according to projectorcalculator, plenty bright with room lights on.

              16:10 approx 138" x 86"
I had it at 157x 98 before and it was still plenty bright at 47 FL (made it smaller as it doubles as a cinema)
Can you find your pj on https://www.projectorcentral.com/ there is a great calculator tool
