Hi everyone
I'm so eager to create a simulator in my garage, with Skytrak most likely. I have a square-ish garage at 17x16.5 ft deep and wide but it is just 8.5ft high and i can't swing properly at that height. My options include number one raising the roof (flat roof to a pitched roof) but I think the neighbours would kick off due to light etc.
I don't know if a second option is feasible which would be to dig beneath the garage floor (concrete) so I had a 3-4ft depression in the garage which I could resurface and place the mat onto with the screen at the end. It could be a comofrtable 12ftx11ft or so in length and width but i don't know if it is doable.
I know i'd have to consider whether anything important runs underneath the garage (eg electrics/pipes).
It might be a bit of work but i imagine it would be cheaper than having a whole new roof put on.
Any thoughts/comments would be appreciated.
Thanks
