Hey everyone, quick question:
I have a Carl's 10.5w x 8h enclosure, a 1080Darbee projector mounted the correct distance from the screen, and FSX2018.
It seems like no matter what I do, I have a 8" black strip on the top of the screen. I have the projector set to 4:3, and tech support from Foresight had me set my laptop to a 4:3 resolution, but the blank space is still there. I even lowered my projector mount to see if it the top of the enclosure was blocking the throw, but no dice. Image shifting just cuts off more of the top of the image rather than filling the blank space with the image. I can tilt the projector upward to fill the top of the screen and square it up by keystoning, but then I have a black border all the way around the image. I'm at a loss.
Am I missing a way to fill the space, or should I just live with it? Thanks for any info!!
