    Critique my shed build

I don’t have the height in my house so will be building a shed. Here are my plans/thoughts and I welcome input.

    Dimensions of the Shed
    • Exterior measurements are 14’ wide, 20’ long, and 14’ high
    • 9’ walls
    • Gambrel Style (more open/clearance) and model is attached.
    • Interior width is 12’ 9 but the way the shed is being built, I will have about 11’ 6” of width that is over 10 feet in height. Peak interior height is about 13’

    Screen/Mat Setup
    • Centered 8’ screen leaving a couple of feet on each side for netting/protection.
    • ~6’ away from side wall from the center of the screen (i.e. where I will be placing the club head) so I think I will have plenty of room/height.

The piece that I am still trying to figure out is what aspect ratio to use and projector. Any have a recommendation?

Anything I am missing here? I welcome all comments.

Just thought I would drop by and link you my shed build (https://golfsimulatorforum.com/forum...oor-shed-build). The shed was already there when I bought the house, but I wish it was 25 feet long instead of 20. We have four people playing most of the time and it gets a little tight. Happy to answer any questions you may have!
Hi all, We recently completed converting our outdoor shed into a golf simulator man cave (other than adding permanent seating). Thanks to my friends, family, and the great folks at Par2Pro for making this happen. Below is a little information about my set-up. Building Dimensions: 20 X 16 with 11 ft ceilings in the center

Here is a link to help with the projector selection.

I built my sims room 16' x 20' inside measurements with 10' ceiling and wish I had made it bigger as WPStangs said with four people playing it gets a bit tight. Also something to think about, I myself now have the QED Uneekor which for right hand and left handed play needs 13' wide room minimum. I do not know what system you plan to use but doesn't hurt to think about what the future may hold, I myself am on my fifth simulator. First simulator I had only recommended being 6' from the screen so I thought I had plenty of room but that has changed.

Is 10’ at the peak? Looks like the shape is similar to what I am looking at. How high are the walls?
