Garage heating or ac ideas? Big garage

Ok so this house has a 40x30 3 car garage with 12 ft ceilings. I’m using one side of the garage, (15x20), for sim setup and it’s not too bad here in the summer so I can live without ac, just using shop fans..

Just thinking ahead to heating options? I need some ideas on a direct heat source in the golf sim area, It does get cold here, but not expecting to heat up the whole garage. The sim is not partitioned off with walls so it’s one big open area. So I’m guessing something that will need 220 line run?

You can use a heavy duty curtain on tracks to reduce the size of the area when you are heating it as well. I’ve seen someone here in Michigan do it and it worked well, definitely a noticeable difference between the heated area and the other side of the curtain. They used a 220 heater as well
