I just joined and am interested in doing something at home. I have a space in the basement where I could swing up to a 4 iron (ceiling is 9 ft) and leave it set up all the time, or I could do something in the garage, but I'd have to set it up and take it down as the wife needs a place to park. I'm probably good up to 5k if I do something like that. Want to play on courses and have some stats to work in the swing. Where would you suggest I start researching here?

I also welcome you. And you can find everything that you will need here. I will opine that you will get tired fairly quickly with having to take up and put down your sim in the garage for each session. With that in mind I will vote for a basement install.
