As it turns out, the enclosure needs to be reassembled. This was their older version and the instructions did not tell you that the bars should only go in 4 inches. We pushed them all the way in. So, I am ~6" too short and ~4" to little width. SIG said that it was their fault as the instructions did not specify. I will post a pic with the enclosure reassembled and illustrate how much tighter the screen is. SIG said the new version (same dimensions) will only go together one way. I may end up moving or adjusting the projector afterwards to get a little larger image.

I was just going to comment on the build and say the room looks great, but that the screen looked like it needed to be a little bit tighter.

Okay...I had to tear the enclosure down and rebuild thanks to SIG not telling me about the 4 inches! That and I had to adjust the projector. The whole project took me about 2.5 hours, but, man is the screen looking good now! I wasn't happy with it before, but it looks like is suppose to now.
