Ive been lurking around here for a while now trying to figure out how to best plan my future simulator room. We just got plans back from our architect who has designed a few sim rooms in the past and assured me he knows what he is doing. I just wanted to reach out here for any advice as I pretty much can change anything at this point. I have posted a pic of the current design with measurements. I’m wondering if there is enough depth here (I think I am fine on width) and if the overall layout makes sense with the entertainment room right next door. I appreciate any help and advice!

Thanks for posting this! I have a new build in planning and have an almost identical sim. A few questions. How deep is the excavation and the resulting ceiling height? Can you post a couple different photos looking back from the screen and hitting strip? I had planned a sitting area/sofa in front of the counter height seating behind. How do you like the dimensions and the feel of the space? Anything you'd have done differently?
